The toolkit issue

• There is no one size fit all toolkit in software

• It needs to play well on old hardware for schools and especialy must run on X Terminals

• I selected the gnome canvas because it is high level for the programmer.

• Long term would be great to be able to use scripting in gcompris (ex python) DONE By Olivier Samyn.
